Night Night has always adhered to the principle of protecting minors and strictly prohibits any form of harmful behaviors towards minors and inappropriate content. We have a zero-tolerance attitude towards any harmful behaviors, content related to minors, and actions that violate the platform's policies. We firmly combat such issues and take necessary punitive measures. It is clearly stipulated that Night Night does not allow minors to join, nor does it provide any services to them. To this end, we have formulated this safety protocol, aiming to prevent minors from registering and using the platform and protect them from potential online risks.

Through strict age verification and monitoring measures, Night Night ensures that all users meet the platform's usage requirements, and underage users are unable to access or use any platform functions. I. Platform User Rules and Restrictions

   • Any content that parodies, satirizes, or insults minors, especially remarks with malicious, insulting, or discriminatory natures against minors, is strictly prohibited.
   • Any racial discrimination, gender discrimination, age discrimination, or any form of prejudice and hate speech against minors is explicitly prohibited on the platform.
   • The platform will take a zero-tolerance attitude towards any content that insults, humiliates, harms, or demeans minors, immediately deleting it and taking punitive measures.

4. Prohibition of Associating Inappropriate Content with Minors:The platform prohibits any adult content containing minor information, especially photo, video, or text content that places minors in adult situations. Such content may mislead other users, damage the image of minors, or cause psychological burdens, so it must be strictly supervised and deleted.

5. Prohibition of the Appearance of Child Pornography and Lewd Content:We closely monitor any content on the platform that may be related to child pornography, lewdness, or gender discrimination. All behaviors involving such content will be immediately blocked, and the case will be reported to law enforcement agencies for further processing.

7. Prohibition of Sharing Minors' Personal Information

No user is allowed to post or share the private information of minors on the platform, nor post photos or videos of minors, especially those with identification, geographical location information, etc.

     • Any act of using a minor's identity for fraud, theft, or illegal activities will be severely punished. The platform will closely monitor whether the personal information of minors is misused or leaked. If discovered, the platform will immediately take measures, delete the content, and ban the relevant accounts.

Once the platform discovers that a user has shared a minor's personal information or is suspected of infringing on a minor's right to privacy, the platform will immediately delete the relevant content and take necessary measures such as banning and warning. At the same time, the platform will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in the investigation to ensure the effective protection of minors' personal privacy.
10. The platform will combine algorithm and manual review mechanisms, along with user reports and behavior monitoring, to promptly detect and handle harmful content or activities related to minors, preventing minors' information from being directed into unhealthy social interactions.
