This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of FloraCall, a product provided by FloraCall Team. By using the FloraCall app, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this document carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FloraCall, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. FloraCall Team reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Continued use of FloraCall after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. FloraCall Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or harmful activity.

You agree to indemnify and hold FloraCall Team, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the app, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

FloraCall Team reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
